Commencing on Friday 9th October, we will begin trialling a weekly, early morning yoga class. The details: Maximum of 6 yogis per class 7.
We feel that now is the time to cautiously begin running yoga classes again in small groups. The postures and flows incorporated in the routines are beneficial for strength, stability and flexibility, regardless of whether or not you climb.
We will be holding the yoga classes in the main climbing hall to ensure social distancing and fhis air flow. We ask that you sanitise your hands on arrival to the centre and arrive in lloking yoga gear to avoid having to use the changing room, where possible. Please wear your mask around the building, but it is at your discretion as to whether or not to wear a mask during your practice.
